Sandhill welcomes all who yearn to make the thrill of silent flight a part of their life. You need not be a pilot to join…just share a common interest in aviation and soaring. Our certified instructors will help with the goal of achieving your license. For experienced pilots too, Sandhill offers the opportunity to share your knowledge and spirit of adventure with others, while rediscovering the magic of flight.

Power pilots will find the additional advantage of satisfying BFR requirements by adding a glider rating to their license. Everyone will find enjoyment of the many facets of the King of Sports among friends and peers.

Membership Types and Costs

Sandhill memberships are designed to encourage participation by a wide variety of individuals, as well as make soaring a great activity for the entire family. In addition, our Introductory Membership option provides an ideal way to experience soaring firsthand at minimal cost.
