Sandhill Soaring Grob 103 Twin Astir

The Grob 103 Twin Astir is a two place high performance glider. It has a mid-mount fiberglass wing and fuselage. The two piece canopy give great visibility to both pilots. This glider is mainly used by our more experienced pilots and for training new pilots who are further along in their training.

This glider is available to guests wanting to go for a High Performance Glider Ride, or the Mile-High Glider Ride. This is our heavy lifter, with a useful load of 477 lb (pilot & passenger).
